Join Thought(ful) Leaders Community

Help us reimagine the world of work

In this newsletter, I write essays, share research, and interview thoughtful leaders on the future of work. We spend over 70% of our lives at work, and it might sound radical, but I believe we should use that time to become the best versions of ourselves while making a positive impact on the lives of others and in the world.

With burnout rates skyrocketing, tenure shorter than ever, 4 generations or more active in the workplace, and nearly every industry getting upended by rapidly changing technology- we have a long way to go to make this vision a reality. Join the community, spread the word, and let’s change the conversation together.

A little about me…

My perspective on leadership and work has been shaped by 15+ years working across public and private sectors. I’m a leadership coach now, but I’ve spent years in the seat—as a VP in tech, the head of a city department, and the co-founder of a nonprofit. I know what it’s like to lead through uncertainty, to build teams, and to navigate the pressures of high-impact work. Now, I help leaders do it with more clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Outside of work, I love cooking, painting, spending time at my local Zen Center, and enjoying the outdoors. I’m releasing my first cookbook, Feasts On The Farm, in collaboration with Tomales Farmstead Creamery this fall. You can pre-order it here, but make sure to grab a copy from your local small bookseller this fall.
